Dr. Adnan Sari (1965), Mountain guide: Medical doctor Adnan was born and raised in the Kackar mountains, near the Eastern part of the Black Sea. He satisfies his passion for the mountains by guiding some of our groups. If he still has free time, "Adik" goes to mountains with his friend Yüksel. Ismet Inan, mountain guide (1974): Her love for nature began when she was at the university and climbing became a passion for her in the last five years. She is president of a climbing club in Istanbul and while she carried on climbing activities only as her hobi until last November, she made her mind and she decided to make her climbing passion her profession with us. This enthusiastic lady has climbing experience so did not need much training and she starts with 4 Mt Ararat ski mountaineering tours back to back. Lets say welcome to Ismet! Vedat Aydin , Mountain guide (1981) The jungest member in our team, but he has much experience. He climbed up all known mountains in Turkey. Rock climbing is his hobby and is now teaching in his free times students in the Alpine club of the University in Antalya. Since he is working with us, he made his hobby to his job. Mustafa Tekin (1976),
mountain guide: He comes from the Palandöken mountains in Erzurum, and has great experience in the mountains of Turkey. He is a skiing teacher during the Winter season. In the Summer time, he guides our groups to the summit of Mt. Ararat. And in addition to his mountain experience he is an excellent cook. Mustafas´travel advice: Mt. Ararat in Summer... |

Caglan Zaimoglu (1972) He is mountain guide and we call him "Mountain Goat", Already as he started to work for us, he surprised us positively with his experience in the mountain . He speaks fluently English and still learning German. He loves the Lycian Way Trek. |

Katharina ter Hell (1969), Mountain guide: Katharina has been living in Adrasan next to the Lycian Way since 2002. It is not surprising that, with all her passion for hiking and nature, she knows every single stone around here. Apart from the tours around Adrasan, Katharina also guides hiking tours in all Lycian area and escorts expeditions to Mount Ararat. Katharina speaks English, German, Dutch, Spanish and Turkish. Of course her travel advice is the Lycian Way... |

Selcuk Akar (1975), Mountain guide and he is also the man in the background. He studied Physical sciences, but he decided the get experienced with the physical rules in the nature. i. e. how to get down by ski from 5.000m. The first time it was going automaticlly, but after he got teached by us, he can do it under hs own control and decided to stay with us. He is also the man in the background who is organising all our flight tickets, hotel reservations and the transfers. He loves all Turkey... |

Eren Yildirim Yetkin ( on the way of becoming a good montain guide). There is not much to say about him as he is the youngest member in our team and has started 2006. But he is not new in the mountains..... he is a good rock climber, experienced from the university alpine club. As he is young he has enough time to learn and sure we will make an update to ths page after knowing more about him....;-) |
